Shipping questions
How much is shipping?
Orders of $35 or more ship free. Orders under $35 pay a flat rate shown at checkout before you pay. Expedited shipping is available.
When will my order ship?
Normal orders ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your buddies are on their way. Larger orders can take a few additional days, but we will communicate this with you.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes [5–7] business days after your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States only.
Do multipacks ship together?
Yes. Every monitor buddy in your order travels together in one box.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out to us within 6 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.
My buddy arrived damaged. What now?
Sorry about that! Please reach out to us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
